For over 11 years, I have built real estate marketing growth across holding companies, developers, and brokerages. My experience spans luxury and ultra-luxury properties, off-plan launches, primary market projects, secondary market ready properties, and rentals. From holding companies like Emaar to more niche and market-specific developers like Ayala Land in the Philippines, I have built growth systems that bridge the gap between marketing-qualified leads and sales-qualified leads.
More recently, I have developed real estate growth engines using AEO and GEO to generate stronger sales-qualified intent directly.
